Shipping policy

Online orders will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Due to US Dept. of Agriculture requirements, we are unable to accommodate International Shipping at this time. Tubers will be shipped after all risk of freezing temperatures have passed. We are hoping to begin shipping April 15th, to all zones - Montana weather dependent.

Local orders will be available for pick up on APRIL 17th, between 1PM-2PM. Please ensure you arrive on time. If you cannot pickup that date, please select shipping at checkout to have your order directly mailed to your home. You will receive an email with directions + our address once your order is prepared for pick up.

As soon as your order arrives, please inspect each tuber immediately and contact us at goldenhourgardensmt@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt if you have any questions or concerns. After 7 days, you acknowledge full responsibility of your tubers. Please note, we cannot be held liable for damage due to negligence, bad weather, plant performance, pests, or improper growing conditions.
