Refund policy

At Golden Hour Gardens, we promise to deliver viable tubers with at least one eye, and that each is true to pictured variety (unless otherwise specified on product listing).

As soon as your order arrives, please inspect each tuber immediately and contact us at goldenhourgardensmt@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt if you have any questions or concerns. 

After 7 days, you acknowledge full responsibility of your tubers. Please note, we cannot be held liable for damage due to negligence, bad weather, plant performance, pests, or improper growing conditions.
