OUR PROMISE: At Golden Hour Gardens, we promise to deliver viable tubers with at least one eye, and that each is true to pictured variety (unless otherwise specified on product listing). All tubers sold by our farm have been grown for one full year, and have made it through multiple rounds of culling for virus, disease, and pests. Our farm has been inspected by the Montana Department of Agriculture, and passed with flying colors.
YOUR PART: As soon as your order arrives, please inspect each tuber immediately and contact us at goldenhourgardensmt@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt if you have any questions or concerns. After 7 days, you acknowledge full responsibility of your tubers. Please note, we cannot be held liable for damage due to negligence, bad weather, plant performance, pests, or improper growing conditions.
SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Due to US Dept. of Agriculture requirements, we are unable to accommodate International Shipping at this time. Tubers will be shipped after all risk of freezing temperatures have passed, we're hoping to begin shipping tubers on April 15th, to all zones.
LOCAL PICK UP: For residents of Flathead County only. Local pick up date is APRIL 17TH, FROM 1-2PM. Please ensure if you select "Local Pick Up" at checkout, that you can arrive on this day, at the proper time. If you cannot make it at this time, please DO NOT select local pick up, and opt for shipping directly to your address instead. An email with exact pick up location will be delivered after your order is prepare by us.
CART: Items placed in your cart are NOT reserved. You must fully check out and receive an email confirmation of your order to guarantee your items.
LIMITS PER HOUSEHOLD: To ensure everyone has a fair chance at purchasing coveted varieties, household limits will be placed on certain tubers. Household means shipping to one address, NOT one person. Please respect the quantity limits, and do not order multiples of limited varieties. If for any reason we suspect you have disregarded our limits, all orders to your specified address will be immediately cancelled, and subjected to a full refund.
COMBINING ORDERS: Use code "COMBINE" this year for additional tuber orders. Please note only orders shipping to a single address can be combined. If we discover you have not paid at least once for shipping, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Taking advantage of order combining won't be tolerated, and ruins the opportunity for others who abide by our guidelines.
SUBSTITUTIONS: We are a small, family farm and are unable to accommodate substitutions due to stock loss, etc. If for some reason we cannot fulfill an item in your order, we will refund the price of the item(s).
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your order, please email goldenhourgardensmt@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help you. Please understand requested cancellations are not guaranteed. If for some reason we cannot fulfill an item in your order due to stock loss, etc. the full price of the unfulfilled item will be refunded. If your entire order cannot be fulfilled, a full shipping refund will be included.
VIRUS & DISEASE: As stated above, Golden Hour Gardens is inspected and approved by the Montana Department of Agriculture every growing season. To maintain a healthy field we abide by ADS recommendations of culling suspicious plants, and disinfecting snips between plants at all times. We also choose to use organic methods of pest control. By purchasing from our farm, you acknowledge all living things run the inherent risk of virus and/or disease, and understand we cannot be held responsible for either.
